Bachelor of Science in Geology

Bachelor of Science in Geology or BSc in Geology is an undergraduate programme that deals with the study of earth science. It is a three-year programme, divided into six semesters which trains students to find lucrative opportunities in both the private and public sector by preparing them on the topics like earth, rocks, other solid structures, minerals, physicals, and chemical properties and water resources, and other reactions which deal with the processes by which the earth is shaped and changed. The science of geology is not limited to the study of planet earth alone, it also covers the study of solid surface, structures, and properties of celestial bodies (other planets, meteors, and satellites). This sub-discipline of Geology is called Astrogeology.
